Nothing terrible, not really amazing

I bought this because the cost of meat is crazy. They shrink quite a bit. I wouldn't say they are the best cuts either. After being guilted into a tip from the salesmen that didn't do any of the work (I mean he at least carried the boxes for the other guy) I feel like I over paid.

We have tried a couple so far. The chopped steak burgers were excellent and game changers for sure. But we were not impressed with the filet mignon.

I was iffy at first. I wasn't sure the meat would be worth the price. My family and I have greatly enjoyed the different meats! They are really well packaged and labeled. We only ordered beef, and the quality is amazing. I highly recommend.
