Amazing quality and taste!

I am really happy with the quality of Salty Peaks Meats. We've tried a lot of their products and have been impressed with all of them! I don't know if I could go back to grocery store meats! Highly recommended.

Rough

We cooked 4 of the strip streaks and there was a HUGE chunk of gristle in each one that we had to cut out losing half the streak. The parts we could eat were really chewy.

I was led to believe the cuts would be very tender due to the extended curing process.
The taste is great but a little tough.
